    Lance Ollinger, Owner of O Crop Services LLC, is a 5th-generation farmer from the Texas Panhandle with over 20 years of experience in agricultural retail. Lance's deep-rooted understanding of farming and commitment to the agricultural community drive the success of O Crop Services.

    Lance's motto, "Lean, Mean, Fighting Green," reflects his dedication to efficiency, resilience, and sustainability in farming. Recognizing the importance of offering quality seeds at the most economical cost, Lance combines his hands-on farming experience with industry expertise to deliver exceptional value to growers.

    In a world where basic retail provides microbial products, Lance has been ahead of the curve—personally using microbials on his own farm to restore soil health.     My journey in agriculture began in 2016 with my first internship in crop protection, igniting a passion that has guided my career ever since. I graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2018 with a degree in agribusiness and have since accumulated eight years of hands-on experience in the agriculture industry. My expertise spans biologicals, crop protection, and certified wheat seed.

    I firmly believe that success in agriculture is built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. These values drive me every day as I work to support our farm’s growth and ensure the highest standards in everything we do.

    Beyond my professional pursuits, I value spending quality time with family and friends, which keeps me grounded and inspired. I am proud to be part of a field that supports our community and helps shape a sustainable future.
